Welcome to Cosmic Sandwich (“we,” “us,” “our”). By purchasing any of our services or engaging with our studio, you agree to the following terms.
1. Services
Cosmic Sandwich provides AI-powered creative visual services for brands, including campaign imagery, product visuals, and ad creatives. All deliverables are produced using a combination of AI tools and human creative direction.
2. Payment
All payments are processed securely via Paddle. Sprint Campaign packages are one-time payments. Content Partner and Brand Studio plans are billed monthly. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges until you cancel.
3. Deliverables and Turnaround
Standard turnaround is 5 business days from the completion of your brief call. Rush turnaround (48 hours) is available on Content Partner and Brand Studio plans. Timelines begin once we have received all required brand materials and brief details from you.
4. Revisions
Each tier includes a set number of revision rounds as described on our pricing page. Revisions must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Additional revision rounds beyond the included allowance may be purchased separately.
5. Ownership and Usage Rights
Upon full payment, you receive full usage rights to the delivered visuals for your brand’s commercial purposes, including digital advertising, social media, and e-commerce. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
6. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that any brand assets, product images, or reference materials you provide are owned by you or licensed for use. We are not liable for claims arising from client-supplied materials.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our deliverables.
8. Cancellation
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are issued for partially used months.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
