Sprint Campaign (One-Time)
If you have concerns after final delivery, please contact us within 7 days. We will review your feedback and, where reasonable, offer one additional revision to address it. Beyond this, as work has been delivered in good faith per the agreed brief, refund eligibility is assessed at our sole discretion.
Refunds are not available once a project has been delivered and the revision window has passed without a concern being raised.
Monthly Plans (Content Partner & Brand Studio)
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. We do not issue prorated refunds for unused time within a billing cycle.
If you experience a significant quality issue with a campaign delivery, raise it with us within 7 days and we will make it right — either through additional revisions or a credit toward your next month.
